We provide professional low-voltage installation and technology integration services for residential and commercial clients in South Florida, including but not limited to:

• Smart home automation and control systems;
• Structured cabling, networking, and Wi-Fi systems;
• Home theater and audio/video installation;
• Security cameras, access control, and related low-voltage systems;
• Consultation, design, service, and maintenance related to the above.

Descriptions, images, and specifications shown on this website are for general informational purposes and do not constitute a binding offer or a guarantee that a specific product, brand, or configuration will be available for your project.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;

A binding agreement exists only when a written proposal, work order, or contract is signed or expressly approved by both parties.

Pricing, deposits, payment schedules, and accepted payment methods are defined in the written proposal or contract for each project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Deposits may be required before work is scheduled or materials are ordered;
• Balances are due upon substantial completion of the work;
• Prices do not include permits, fees, or taxes unless expressly stated;
• Change orders requested after work begins may result in additional charges and schedule adjustments.

Timelines provided are good-faith estimates and may be affected by weather, supplier lead times, permitting, third-party contractors, or conditions discovered on site. You agree to provide safe, timely, and unobstructed access to the work area, along with power and any authorizations required for the work to be performed.

We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by pre-existing conditions, undisclosed structural or electrical issues, or work performed by others.

Many systems we install rely on third-party hardware, software, applications, cloud services, and internet connectivity. Those products are governed by their manufacturer's or provider's own terms, licenses, subscriptions, and warranties.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party service outages, discontinued features, firmware or app updates, subscription changes, or loss of connectivity that may affect system performance.

We warrant that our installation labor will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with applicable industry standards. The specific warranty period and coverage for each project are stated in the written proposal or contract.

Equipment and materials carry only the warranty offered by their respective manufacturers. The warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, power surges, lightning, water intrusion, modifications or repairs by others, internet or utility outages, or failure to follow maintenance instructions.

Security cameras, alarms, access control, and related systems are tools that may reduce risk, but no system can prevent all incidents. We do not guarantee that any installed system will prevent theft, intrusion, property damage, or personal injury, and we are not an alarm-monitoring or security-guard service unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, project images, layouts, designs, and code, is owned by or licensed to Future Smart Construction, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission. Third-party brand names and trademarks shown on this website remain the property of their respective owners.
